No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services once a purchase has been completed.
This policy is in place because intellectual property is released to the purchaser at the time of sale, and cannot be retracted or recovered once delivered.

Exception:
Refunds may be considered in the case of exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion. To request a review, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase with a detailed explanation and any supporting documentation.
